Greenway Training to Deliver Free Lantra ATV Training for Farmers
In partnership with Yellow Wellies and Lantra – Launching During Farm Safety Week (21–25 July 2025)

To mark Farm Safety Week 2025 , Lantra is partnering with the Farm Safety Foundation (Yellow Wellies) to promote safe use of all-terrain vehicles (ATVs) across UK farms. As part of this campaign, Lantra will be offering a limited number of fully funded spaces on ATV (quad bike) courses — and Greenway Training Ltd is proud to be a selected provider for this vital initiative.

The LANTRA training will be delivered at Greenway Training Centre in Wiltshire, focusing on key safety practices, handling techniques, and legal requirements for operating sit-astride ATVs. With ATV incidents continuing to be a major cause of injury and fatalities in agriculture, this scheme offers a timely and practical way to improve safety standards on farms.

“We’re proud to support this important initiative,” said Charlotte Boole, Director of Greenway Training. “By making this training accessible to more farmers, we hope to reduce risk and build confidence when using ATVs on the farm.”

No Cost to Learners

Each successful applicant will receive a £200 bursary from the Farm Safety Foundation, and Lantra will waive registration and certification fees. To ensure there is no cost to participants, Greenway Training Ltd will cover any remaining course fees above the £200 cap.
