Rob and Charlotte Boole are the Founding Directors of Greenway Training. Our family run business was established in 2014 on our farm in Wiltshire.
2025
CTP Preferred Training Provider
- Greenway Training are now delivering training and assessments to over 4,000 candidates per year
- Approved as a Career Transition Partnership (CTP) Preferred supplier for the Armed Forces.
2024
Received £100K
- Wilshire Council awarded a £100K UKSPF Skills Infrastructure Grant to purchase a brand new JCB telehandler and Forst woodchipper
- Joined forces with the CLA as a partner in the Veteran’s Rural Skills Partnership

Opened 2 more classrooms
- Delivered Forestry Training Funded course to 700 candidates
- Signed Armed Services Covenant

Hosted pre-harvest safety event
- Organised & Hosted a pre-harvest safety event with the NFY Mutual for 150 farmers.
- Converted 2nd & 3rd Classrooms.

- Wiltshire Business Awards – Outstanding Excellence Award & Small Business of the Year.
- LANTRA Safe Use of Fertiliser & Manure Course written by Greenway taining with support of Wessex Water Launched nationally.
